Etech Mobility Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The giveaway is organised and promoted by Etech Mobility UK Ltd, Unit 7 Mount Street Business Park, Nechells, Birmingham, B7 5QU (“Etech Mobility”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Eligibility

  • The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
  • Entrants must be residents of the United Kingdom.
  • Employees of Etech Mobility, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with the giveaway are not eligible to enter.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted.

3. How to Enter

  1. Record a video of up to 60 seconds explaining how winning a mobility product would make a meaningful difference for yourself or someone you care about.
  2. Post the video publicly on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube.
  3. Tag Etech Mobility’s official account for the relevant platform and include the hashtag #EtechMobilityGiveaway.
  4. Complete the official giveaway entry form linked on our website.

Entries that do not meet all of the above requirements may be deemed invalid.

4. Nature of the Giveaway

  • This giveaway is not a random draw.
  • Winners are selected based on sincerity, authenticity, clarity, and personal impact, as determined by an internal Etech Mobility review panel.
  • Purchasing a product does not influence the chances of winning.

5. Prize

  • One winner will be selected at the end of each review cycle.
  • The prize is either:
    • One Freedom Pro ST electric wheelchair (any colour), or
    • Equivalent value in Etech Mobility store credit, at the winner’s choice.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. £20 Voucher for Entrants

  • Every valid entry will receive £20 off their first order over £500.
  • The voucher is delivered by email after form submission & validation.
  • The voucher is single-use and non-transferable.
  • The voucher has a minimum spend of £500.
  • The voucher expires after 60 days.
  • The voucher may be used in conjunction with other offers.

Use of the voucher does not affect the chances of winning the giveaway.

7. Refund Guarantee for Winners

If an entrant makes a qualifying chair purchase before the winner is announced and is subsequently selected as the giveaway winner, Etech Mobility will refund the original chair purchase up to the full value of the prize.

  • The refund is issued back to the original payment method.
  • The refund applies only to the chair portion of the order.
  • Accessories, services, and add-ons are excluded.
  • If the purchase value is lower than the prize value, the refund will be limited to the amount paid.

8. Entry Duration & Review Cycles

  • Each valid entry remains active for six (6) months from the date of submission.
  • Entries may be considered across multiple review cycles during this period.
  • Review cycles end once Etech Mobility has received a sufficient number of valid entries to complete a fair review.
  • The length of each review cycle may vary depending on submission volume.
  • The winner will be announced on Etech Mobility’s website and/or official social media channels and contacted directly.

9. Verification & Winner Notification

Winners may be required to complete an identity verification process (such as providing photo ID and basic confirmation details). Failure to provide verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in disqualification.

10. Use of Content

  • Entrants confirm they have the right to submit the video and any content included.
  • Entrants grant Etech Mobility permission to review submissions as part of the giveaway.
  • The winner agrees that a brief excerpt of their story may be shared publicly for promotional or community purposes.
  • Full videos or sensitive personal details will not be shared without additional consent.

11. Data Protection & Communications

By submitting an entry, participants consent to Etech Mobility storing and processing their personal data for administering the giveaway, including entry validation, voucher delivery, and winner communications.

Entrants will be subscribed to Etech Mobility email communications, which may include giveaway updates, vouchers, and product-related news. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

12. Disqualification

Etech Mobility reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, misleading, offensive, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

13. Platform Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Instagram/Meta, Facebook/Meta, or YouTube.

14. General

  • Etech Mobility reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the giveaway if circumstances beyond our control make this unavoidable.
  • All decisions relating to the giveaway are final.
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
