Incredibly easy to 'install'. I use quotes as it's really no more difficult than plugging in a phone charger - really straightforward and clear, but came with full instructions. I haven't noticed any difference in how my chair handles, although I've adjusted my grip a little for ergonomic reasons. I'm a Halloween fanatic so love this, and hoping even more joystick toppers come out soon, I was incredibly pumped when I found out these were being sold straight from Etech!

I struggled with heart and head to pay the extra money for this seat cover but I am so pleased I did! It certainly takes the overall look of the wheelchair and elevates it. The standard cushions still came with the wheelchair so you have the option of whichever one you want to put on. I think if I was travelling and my chair was being stowed I might use the standard cushions still set which is also excellent quality. The red leather is beautiful on the wheelchair with the red bars, I think it looks very sporty and smart! It’s also very comfortable, I’ve even had a little wheelchair envy from other wheelchair users that have seen it 😂 it is a lovely addition and I’m so glad my heart won out and I bought it. 5 star product!
Love the chair. Handles Welsh Valleys hill really well and not very dropped curbs. Folds down easily. So easy to store. The voice on the controller was a very annoying American one but hold the + down untill it beeps and it goes away. Perfect chair for me. Back wheels and motor coming off make it much eaiser to lift.

Bought for me mum she’s only used couple of times and she says it’s brilliant and it’s only 1.2kg lighter then her old one but she even I noticed it’s quite a big difference so pretty light it is big though it takes up the whole boot space in car but it’s safe is all that matters

Very good wheelchair and it is nice and robust and very easy to fold down and get back up. The only downside is that in the description it said the arms are moveable from 53cm to 63cm but can’t see how they are extendable as it’s all bolted together. Other than that I’m very pleased with it and my wife is happy now she doesn’t have to push me around.
My son who’s 13 wanted a lightweight fold up wheelchair so he can get around easier than his big power chair. It’s great in that sense but not very lightweight it’s heavy to lift and put in boot.

I’ve taken Beryl out for a few short spins now. I live in a road with lots of dropped kerbs, curves and cambers. I am still getting my confidence up tackling these. When I got out on the high street, it was plain-sailing and rather exciting to be able to get about without having to feel every single step! Beryl has opened up so many opportunities. I love that she is purple; allowing my personality to shine beyond my disability 💕

Having decided to purchase a folding electric mobility wheelchair because my walking is getting worse. I looked around the Internet, there were quite a few I liked but because I have Parkinson's tremors in my right arm, and being right handed I needed a left hand control, those I contacted all only did right handed. I had given up all hope when I came across ETECH MOBILITY stating they can do left handed controls, I spoke to a lovely gentleman and ordered a FREEDOM PRO ST in red straight away, it arrived in the two days as promised, I also ordered a pair of extendable 7 foot ramps to get my new chair up the front steps from my garden to street level. The chair is strong and robust, a little heavier than we imagined , folds and opens easily, The chair came with a black bag...... inside was a battery charger, a carers remote, 4 extra/spare stabiliser wheels, a smaller block tool/maintenance bag with screwdrivers spanners and Allen keys. The chair is comfortable to sit in, easy to maneuver, I love the horn PLUS the reverse beeps it emits as you go backwards. I have now got my FREEDOM back, I was able to go shopping with my husband after 5 years without having to constantly stop and sit down, we are planning a day out together soon. I am 100% delighted with both the chair and company, and if you are deciding to get one for yourself I highly recommend ETECH .

Well, where do I begin? Not only does my Freedom Pro ST look fantastic, but the Racing Green colour perfectly complements my red hair! I’ve received so many compliments, with people stopping to tell me how stylish and nippy it looks. It handles all kinds of surfaces brilliantly and has genuinely given me a new lease of life. As an ambulant wheelchair user, I was often limited by where I could go and how long I could spend outside. Now I can enjoy days out with my family in many different locations, with far more freedom and independence. The customer service has also been exceptional. The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming, and genuinely committed to finding the right mobility aid for your individual needs . I would highly recommend Etech .

First trip out in my bright pink ETech Freedom ST Pro was an absolute success. I went to a festival and we had about a mile of pavement walking to get there first but there were lots of tree roots which made the pavement very uneven and I just went straight over them with the chair. Also very different surfaces at the festival which the chair handled with no issues.

Wow I have been house bound for quite a while now, due to pain, this chair has gave me another life, I have been out every day with my husband and dog, we off road been through trees over gravel u name it, I would for sure say go for it but one, it’s changed my life xx
These are great, although they are quite far out once fitted. I bought these as my previous power chair had a single footrest and over time it bent down so that it would hit the slightest raised paving stones and throw me out of the chair. I thought these legs wouldn’t cause this problem, and they don’t. I only have short legs and if I use the calf supports I find it difficult to reach. I have emailed etech but haven’t heard back yet.
I love this chair, my previous chair was not very responsive and tended to slide on cambers and gravel, despite being sold as all terrain. I have no such problem with the Freedom Elite ST. It takes no effort to change direction. The only thing that I didn’t realise immediately, is that the front suspension is fastened down. So the ride was quite hard. Once I realised and adjusted it, the ride is much smoother. I would totally recommend this power chair for affordability, style and comfort.

I won a Freedom Pro and paid a bit extra to upgrade to a Freedom Elite for the brushless motor. I love that it came in purple! It was delivered the day after ordering and it was very easy to set up as it basically just needed to be unfolded and charged. All the wires were set up and were even tied to the chair to make sure they were in place. It comes with a remote, a mesh zipper bag under each arm rest, as well as tools for maintenance and a flashlight/USB attachment. I got the standard battery which is airline safe and it easily slides in and out. The chair is really comfortable and very easy to manoeuvre! Bumps are no problem.
Brilliant machine….my dignity and freedom have been restored and I can’t wait to be out and about more
