It took me a long time to accept that i needed a wheelchair and was struggling on with crutches and my walking was becoming more limited and was missing out on days out with my family and i love adventures making memories and having fun. I didnt use to wheelchair to start with but my friends and family insit that its really cool its been put through the hill curb grass and stone test and with no problems at all so i gave it a whirl and was much better than i thought and it was comfy too. I did manage to lock it with the remote but a quick call to customer services and we was off again. I got the purple st pro and im sure it will see many adventures. Thankyou to Etech Mobility for all their assistance.
Since my husband got me my chair it’s given me my freedom back to go out and join my family on days out seeing my kids have fun days out are nice again I love the backpack it’s just perfect addition to my chair ty etech I just wish you could make weather proof fleece blankets for the chairs that would be cool
Lots of good compartments, securely fixes to the back of the wheelchair (If I've done it correctly). Only worries i have is being able to access it when out on my own, and people maybe taking things out of it without my knowledge hence why I dropped a star. Certainly better than having a rucksack on my chest or lap.
I wanted to love this bag: It looks great and is the perfect size, but it has it's flaws.
The rear zip constantly keeps catching on the fabric and when it first arrived it took me over twenty minutes to get it open. There were no instructions for installation and the straps from the backpack straps keep dangling.

The backpack is basically a laptop holder, and not a suitable backpack for my requirements. I'd be really grateful if you could arrange a return. Thank you.
An update, I heard back from the company very quickly and they have arranged to have the bag collected from home, I'm impressed by their good customer service skills,
The service was great. I received my wheelchair the day after my order. I am very happy with it. It is comfortable and very smooth to use and turns in a circle. The recliner is great, just what I need when I feel faint.
This bag is very good all around, nicely made and multi purpose. It will carry all that is needed for a trip out.
Not so good for general shopping as it has too many pockets which restrict the bulk capacity.
It's a good backpack, but the side Velcro straps for attaching to the back of the chair aren't long enough, and the package was missing a plastic buckle for attaching one of the straps.
Standard backpack, not really suitable for the enterprise 200 as you have to keep undoing the straps to get it off.
Would suggest a square type bag that just slips over the back of the seat with a velcro strap for easy removal .
Seen several universal types on amazon.
May invest in one if suitable.
Great product - well made and perfect for carrying personal items around with you. Again great quality and ideal for hanging on the back of the wheelchair. Great thought gone into practical additional items. Can highly recommend.
An excellent quality item. It lost one star as it could do with an easier way to attach and detach from the seat of the wheelchair. It's ok if you intend to keep it permently on the chair. Plenty of pockets for storage
I’m delighted with my new etech wheelchair it has made a massive difference to my mobility the gentleman who showed us the wheelchair was very thorough and well informed and made sure we got something that suited me perfectly without being pushy 👍
So far so good, bought as a Christmas present so getting used to it. Only complaint is that it’s a lot heavier than I expected but hey I’ll get used to lifting it in and out of the car
