I am happy with my chair but, I feel that the armrest would be better if they were adjustable, no two people have the same size arm. I like this chair as it has separate footrests, not the solid single rest. This wheelchair is best suited to flat paving, around town. I used it last week on small gravel and it did struggle a bit. Can be lifted into car boot by hand.
Absolutely love this wheelchair! It's incredibly comfortable, steers well, easy to use and fold/unfold. It's not too heavy to lift. The option to have electric or manual mode is fantastic. It's a little heavy to wheel in manual mode and struggles with skidding sometimes on sloped pavements, but that could be due to my weight. Other than that it's absolutely perfect for what I need it for and I wouldn't hesitate to order from Etech again!
So far so good loving my new wheels it's very similar in design to my manual wheelchair so was excited for an upgrade. The great thing about it is it folds up really easily and nice and compact as I don't have alot of space at home to store it. Also will fit most boot spaces. It's heavier than my manual so not as easy to lift in and out of house and car but having handles helps. Gear stick and speed gets some getting use to but extremely clever maneuver ability. I went around Homesense in it and had no issues. My next test is going on the train to London but so far it's helping me pace better and don't have to wait for a better day to go out now so going out more and can independently go to the shops and supermarket and don't have to rush round in a panic. I've got dysautonomia so my blood pressure drops when standing. So grateful to this company for designing amazing wheelchairs that actually look attractive!
The joystick is very responsive, but I'm getting used to that. My chair is fantastic - I've managed to accompany my husband and dogs on a walk round our local park for the first time in years and even managed to take the dogs down the road and back by myself. This has eased my anxiety about going out - I didn't even know I was so worried until I stopped! My chair needs a good name - it's definitely one of the family and I love it.

The wheelchair arrived on time and delivered to my door, we live in a flat so a big shout out to the delivery man.The box it arrived in was very substantial.Everything was well protected.The battery is easy to remove.we are getting used to the controls.But it's very well built.And the company have contacted me to see if everything is ok.
The control stick isn’t very easy. Turning left or right the wheels go the other way !I am disappointed with the chair i thought it would be a lot easier to move. I will just use it for the garden patio, I went on the grass and got stuck!!! Luckily my daughter was there to help me move it. I wish I hadn’t bought it to be honest.

Arrived well packaged, as promised on time. Put together easily, for me, and fits easily into boot of my ,Ford Ka, It was for my wife who found controls a little sharp so kept speed to a minimum. She has been out on it three times now and finding controls easier. This is the second wheelchair we’ve had, the first one was too heavy and cumbersome to put in car and I struggled, after a stroke. As I said this one I can lift into vehicle without putting rear seats down . A great choice
Good value electric wheelchair. Added the carer control which was necessary if you have a dementia patient who doesn’t understand the controls. Can try and use the remote but too easy to touch the front controls. Works well with the extra bracket. Takes a bit of getting used to using the joystick and playing around with the speed. Hardest bit is reversing! Not suitable for someone very tall as the seat is quite short. I chose this model partly because the feet rests swing out if the way to the side - necessary for a transfer from something like a Sara steady. Battery appears to last well so far. All in all very happy with the purchase.
The wheelchair is absolutely brilliant! I followed etech's tip to feather the control stick so that the wheelchair doesn't jerk forward. One of the little wheels at the back came off but etech were quick to send a replacement. Really happy with my purchase. I highly recommend.
It is taking longer than I expected to master the controls so that I feel confident in going out

Initially bought a Voyager 185 because of it's great motor and nice looks but realised soon on in that it was a little too heavy for me, a carer for my sister and we both aren't getting any younger! So we sent it back for a replacement. The process was smooth and the collection was fine because we kept the original box. Just over a week later a new model, the LitePro 2 arrived. Yes this one is perfect. Handles at the back give assurance to a carer, there's a remote control that I as a carer can use if necessary, an adjustable speed range, a nice quiet motor and above all much this LitePro 2 is much easier to carry for one person. Oh and not to forget the folding function- vertical rather than horizontal which makes it easier (for me) to put in the boot of a vehicle. Another reason I am very pleased with this purchase was the great price. I researched and shopped around before settling on E-Tech and they seemed the best value for money. Great customer service too, so can't fault really. Thank you very much. Sorry for the slightly late review, wanted to check the chair out for a while!

I had my first Ultra Lightweight Electric Wheelchair Heavy Duty Motors | LitePro and it was great and I got the Ultra Lightweight Electric Wheelchair Heavy Duty Motors | LitePro 2 two years later and it feels different but I will get used to the chair. I use the chair to walk my dog because I can't walk far.
Hi, We know you're keen to receive our feedback but after it was delivered (packaging extremely good) we passed the chair on to our installer for customising the installation of a hoist in my wife's new car. Have now taken delivery of car and after one short outing on the chair, all appears OK but will need to get used to sensitivity of controls.
Comfortable and easy to control
Really good chair for my husband as it’s his first electric wheelchair. The joystick is very sensitive and needs a lot of practise however this is his first chair so we have no previous experience and this may be the case with all chairs. Good size comfortable chair happy with the purchase.
Well pleased, had the bigger motors, we live on a hill (as most in Wales do) tackles the hills with ease.

A brilliant service from e-tech they could not have been more helpful in making sure that a I was getting the right wheelchair for my needs The delivery was excellent the two guys brought it in from the roadside in to my patio .I am happy with the price and in my opinion as a wheelchair user for 25 years quality of the Ultra Lightweight Electric Wheelchair Heavy Duty Motors | LitePro 220 Ah (2*10 Ah) that I purchased is exactly what i needed.it is light and compact enough for me to lift into the boot of my car with no problems .I purchased the extra battery as it was part of an offer from e- tech as it saved me a fair bit o money it also gives me the extra distance and piece of mind that-if I am out for the whole day I will not run out of power.in conclusion I can honestly say that of all the wheelchair suppliers that I have had to deal with over the years E-tech are truly and remarkably a great company to deal with .I truly hope that I will not have a need to purchase another electric wheelchair.But if I do I certainly know where to go .
Great chair for around the house, slim enough to clear doorways which is definitely a bonus. The only downside is the super sensitive joystick and the reversing bleeper. Overall a good purchase

It was a well-made chair, but it was not suitable for my transport to and from Hospital and various medical facilities.
Very happy with my new wheelchair, its compact enough to navigate tight spaces around the house and has worked well on the trips out of the house too. I've been able to access all the garden for 1st time in years and been walks with the dog and to the shops. Works well on all surfaces so far. The controls are, as others described, quite sensitive so taking a little practice to get used to... but I don't have a steady hand so any type of joystick would take me time! Overall very happy with the quality, battery seems to last ages, toolset that came with it very useful, and it definitely worth the reasonable price, also will praise the videos showing the product and the helpful advice videos showing how to drive electric chairs were extremely helpful and worth watching! Quick delivery, no complaints at all!
Bit difficult to steer
I'm still riding it around the holiday park getting used to the joy stick I'm 87yrs so it takes a bit longer to get the hang of it. But I am getting there
Delivery was excellent, ordered one day, here the next. Very easy to get set up. Only thing that takes a bit of getting used to is the very sensitive joystick. We use it in the carer control mode. So much easier than pushing my wife in the manual one. Full marks for service received
