My wife loves the electric chair we were able to go out for a stroll along the promenade for the first time in years, due to ill health I am no longer able to push a manual wheelchair, wish I had got an electric chair sooner, well worth the investment,Good company communication prompt delivery. excellent after service help line. As a permanent carer controlled chair I find the remote control difficult to get used too,
it would be better to have carer control bracket on rear of seat as standard.

A great wheelchair and company to put trust in. The wheelchair is very well made and after practice (a wheelchair newby here) I am finding the joystick easier every time I go out. The local terrain is very challenging here, lumps n bumps on the pavements and very cambered but after practice I am finding it easier ever day. I think for the price, after viewing others on the market, is very good. I bought the beige leather cushions to go with my champagne wheelchair and it looks really smart. After consideration I made a good choice to go with this company. Highly recommend. 5*

Did a lot of research before deciding which chair I wanted - drove the 230 miles to the Birmingham site. Chair fully explained and options given re being able to get into the boot.
The chair is really comfortable and handles uneven terrain well - I have spinal issues but it hasn't jarred me at all. Batteries seem great - still on full charge despite several miles already covered.

The chair is wonderful, very comfortable & stable, so may adoptions & I feel safe. I dropped one star because of the foot plate. For my needs it's a little difficult to use. It is also heavier then expected (according to my carer)

I received the chair in April but wanted to use it for a few weeks before leaving a review. I bought this chair to replace my old electric wheelchair and was a bit apprehensive as I was really comfortable with the old chair.
I am pleased to say I am happy with the chair and it’s performance have only given four stars because of a few minor niggles.
The niggles are the when releasing the drive control to stop the stopping distance is a little longer and not as instantaneous as my old chair but it just takes a bit of getting used to.
Also the extension bar for the hand controller would be better if it could extend another 2-3 inches.
Lastly when collapsing the wheelchair my previous chair locked in the folded position this new chair does not. You are provided with a Velcro strap to hold the chair in the closed position but I found that it wasn’t very easy to use so have replaced it with an old dog collar with plastic catches which works much better.
The customer service has been great. Initially I had a problem with the headrest not locking in position properly but they sent a replacement very quickly once I sent them a video demonstrating the problem.
All in all I am happy with the chair and think it was retailed at a competitive price.
My experience with etech mobility has been great so far.

Loving my new Wheelchair, I have only had it a week , so still getting used to it , it’s faster than my old one so I am going a bit slower for now , I have only charged the batteries once its sill almost fully charged , we have been shopping,, looking around town , out several times , that’s amazing on te same charge .. seats very comfortable, love that it reclines .Will give an update after we have been to Spain , in two weeks with a photo ?

I really love this wheelchair it allows me to go in places like restaurants or cafés where I can’t go with my mobility scooter. Once I got used to the controls, I found it easier to move around. I can go out practically anywhere on it now and it’s easy to get in and out. It takes less room to store than them than the mobility scooter really love it A+ definitely five stars.

The chair is great, the delivery was horrible. The drive refused to even help me get it through the door of the apartments, he refused to help me take it to my ground floor door and he basically dumped it in the door way. Really rude, actually a bit scary and made me feel worthless. Would hesistate to order anything from Etech again in case we get the same delivery person.

A really good powerchair for the price! Manages a range of terrains so that I can take my children out to the park or on day trips and the battery life is great. The only issue for me is that I don't find the style of footrest too comfortable and find my legs/ feet are very close to the front wheels. However all in all a good buy.

My power chair is great.
I wanted a reclining chair, with Headrest, wide to allow me to have my handbag at my side, and grandchildren (child) on my knee.
This chair is perfect, but for one aspect ... the Headrest is fixed to the seat back. Although it does tilt, you cannot pull it forward enough, I need a neck support to get to the position I want. Hence the four stars rather than five.
I suffer from chronic fatigue and cannot walk for move than 10 mins. Shopping was out of the question before I got my chair.

After extensive research I discovered this brilliant chair , and company , which fits my needs perfectly . It’s very comfortable and relatively compact when folded. Yes, it’s heavy but it’s an all terrain chair and is easy to get into my car using the portable telescopic hoist bought at the same time .
I’ve yet to test it on all terrains but am confident that it won’t disappoint .
