You sent me the wrong charger. Then you told me I have to waste whole day waiting for mailman to come and pick it up and that's the ONLY way to return it. Then without any explanation you sent me link to postoffice postal service... I wouldn't write any review but you kept sending me these emails: REMINDER, How did we do?, REMINDER, REMINDER. So there you go, have my 2 stars. Your service was bad and obnoxious.
Very easy to order online following speaking to your very helpful adviser on the phone. Once order received online it was acknowledged immediately. Battery was coming back into stock 7 January 2026. It was dispatched with the charger that day by overnight carrier. I received them next day safely. Excellent service, can't fault, definitely 5 star. Will always use Etech , and I bought my electric wheelchair from them last year. First class service, helpful and interested staff taking calls and providing accurate advice and information. Definitely well worth my 5.star rating!
Purchased 2 fast chargers as I have 2 battery's. Glad I bought the 2 chargers as its cut the charge time considerably.
I plug the 2 chargers into both battery's at the same time as I feel this makes charging quicker.
Onto the chair and it has been amazing for me, I am house bound without it having been in an nhs chair since I had a stroke during first lockown.
The only thing you need to watch with the chair is the nuts and bolts can come loose easily so you really need to keep on top of that
The customer service is excellent aswell. Any issues it is sorted pronto and the guys have the parts at your door the next day.

I took my new chair from E Tech mobility on holiday in the UK but forgot to pick up the charger for it.......Etech were fabulous and made sure I got the new charger in plenty of time to enjoy the rest of my holiday.
Certainly cuts down the time on a two amp charger I'm glad I bought the free amp when you got sometimes nearly two batteries to charge up whereas the two m is a long time before you charge the second one like in a bit of a struggle but now I can charge both batteries up to the same time used in the free one first being the quicker to charge up and carry on more freedom
