This is a brilliantly designed chair. My wife and I are both in the same care home. She requires a carer to control the chair whereas I can can sit and control it myself. So being able to switch the controller easily between the back and the arm is very helpful. To make the process even easier I asked if I could purchase an extra locking knob so I didn’t have to swap that as well. They very kindly sent me one free of charge. The company has been most helpful each time I have called them. My room is fairly small but I can move the chair around using the remote control without leaving my chair! I also purchased a second battery just to be sure I have extra capacity. I have no need to fold the chair, but if needed to put it in a car, then I would remove the batteries and put them in separately as they are quite heavy, but extremely easy to remove. I also purchased the leather cushion option as this is much more hygienic and can be easily cleaned. It also comes with a comprehensive kit of screwdrivers, spanners and Allen Keys etc. all in a zip up pouch. It is really amazing for the price.

Product is really good it's given my daughter a new lease of life. The only down side is nothing to do with the product but the delivery, it went way over the scheduled delivery time I hat to chase it up. I recommend they change delivery service providers.

Not a lot to say. The joystick is indeed sensitive, but not overly so, and it doesn't take long to get used to it. I hadnt realised that as I grow older, things I would lift easily when young are now more difficul. 36kg isn't much if it's got handles or grab points, but lifting this chair into the back of my Ford Focus is a two person job. I may need to research car ramps idc. What would help is a traditional 'unboxing' video, as some of the assembly need your on line guidance -phone calls etc. This was helpful, but piecemeal.

Would have been better with a key switch not theft proof back joystick bracket had to pull handle up a bit to get the joystick the rightway if I want to fold the chair i have to move the bracket inside apart from that all ok. G D TOWNSEND

Amazing! This has given me so much freedom. Nearly 2 months in and it’s handled dropped curbs, hills, cambers, and more. It’s so comfortable to sit in and when I need to charge the chair, it’s easy to pop the battery out without having to take the whole chair with you. A few people mentioned a sensitive joystick but once you get used to it, it’s just the right amount of control. I can’t lift it into the car on my own as it’s very heavy but with two people to lift, it’s easy. I bought the ramps from Etech Mobility and the chair comes with a remote to drive it up the ramp, making solo trips much easier. Over all I am extremely pleased!

Product was keenly priced and appears to be of good quality, Delivery time was in line with expectations (however you need to have words with your couriers, DHL, as box was dumped in the drive with no knock on the door or notification of delivery!) When we found the joystick too sensitive for our purposes a couple of phone calls (promptly answered by knowledgeable staff) resolved the issue by arranging a visit to your premises to recalibrate the controls. The engineer, Danny, was extremely helpful and friendly.
