Very pleased with this electric wheelchair. Was slightly disappointed that it was advertised in Red, but at the time, only available in champagne, but, it is easy and comfortable to drive. My son lifts it into the car, as with a hernia, I cannot lift it. I did not want to uploadtheir app for tracking, so emails about expected delivery would have been useful,
Our first time out so still getting used to controls. Great in the park too we went out with our young grandson damp ground and potholes at the entrance were navigated well. If a little nervous by passenger for the first outing. Its going to be a great asset the carer control on the back, fitted easily after receiving a how to video and the hand held remote is excellent too
Although the accessory wasn't made for my Angel wheelchair I was able to fit it by drilling a couple of holes, and it works well. The accessory is well made.
Yes ok but could be better with smaller built in controls incorporated in the handle for easier and more persise movement. Thank you.
Just what I was looking for, a little expensive but it does the job and makes life easier, so worth it.

The charger and the freedom pro are excellent in every way. The remote bracket works fine, but a little bit clumsy, a bit over engineered for what it is for, something much more simple would have sufficed, but that is only my opinion, and I am no expert. But other than that I am more than satisfied with everything and the excellent service and after sales care received from Etech 100% plus.
Bought the carer control as a necessary item but in fact the standard remote control is all you need. The disadvantage with fitting the joystick on the carer control bracket is that it is removed in the folded chair position … and can fall! That said it operates perfectly. I just find it easier to use the remote control.
Haven’t had enough time to try it out properly
My wife has very little mobility in her hands. So fitted the joystick on the back so I could control it, the fitment is well made and takes about 10 minutes to fit, easy to use and manoeuvre about to suit what is comfortable for your hand. A good 5*****
Easy to fit .. perfect for our needs and the delivery was perfect .. overall 10/10 .. would highly recommend.

we thought it would be a good idea to us this as my mom has dementia and it was going to halp us constantly it with her as it was very difficult to us and the staff are very helpful an understanding to your needs thank you

Not actually used it yet, but it is very loose and doesn't tighten up.
Having struggled to push a wheelchair after having back problems this has made a world of difference.
Chair can’t be folded with it on, tools needed to be carried.
Trying to control the wheel chair while it is moving is hard. Trying to match the speed of the chair especially over rough terrain is very difficult. When going into bumps in shops it is to easy to centre the joystick than push the stick too quicky forward thereby going too fast having a few tips So for me it is better using the remote that you have in your hand & entering doorways manually. Also sitting in the chair myself it is easier to control. I guess my 92 mother does not have control. It was. Not the plan for my mother to control it, I bought it for my brother ( he was an excellent PS5 gamer brill with joysticks) to use but he died the day after it arrived. The carers are having a go & they have more experience of electric chair use so it may be good. Dr T
Excellent service and customer support
I’ve not long had my new electric wheelchair but so far I am loving it. The service we received while choosing and purchasing my chair was fantastic, Rahim from the Glasgow store was very thorough and clear in his demonstration which helped me to make the right choice. I look forward to testing it out further in the weeks to come.

A great idea to give the wheelchair user a break and let your carer do the steering! I found this useful when I got overwhelmed in a crowd of people.

Love the chair comfy and sturdy
Carer control is not well engineered or ergonomic. It makes the excellent wheelchair much less usable than it should be for my mother who has Parkinson's and cannot drive herself.
IT ARRIVED WHEN REQUESTED EXCELLENTLY PACKED AND IN GOOD ORDER. INSTRUCTIONS CLEAR, BUT AS I AM REGISTERED BLIND, I PHONED FOR CONFIRMATION ON SITTING THE CONTROLS ON THE PUSH HANDLE. NO PROBLEM SIR, WE'LL SEND YOU A VIDEO. IT ARRIVED 10 MINUTES LATER SHOWING IN FULL DETAIL WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. ASSISTANCE OF THE HIGH ESTATE! MANY THANKS AND WELL DONE FOR MAKING LIFE MUCH SIMPLER. DO U RECOMMEND THE COMPANY AND ITS PRODUCTS....MOST CERTAINLY.
I feel that there are a few modifications required to make it easier and safer for the carer. The fixing bracket works loose on the backrest cloth. The height is too low, the fixing stem needs to be longer. The control module when attached has a long metal projection which could cause injury. Hoping to discuss these points with Etech in September when visiting.
Bought the powered wheelchair for my daughter (15) as she’s too large for me to push in a manual chair but due to her disabilities she’s unable to control the chair herself. Having the control for me makes life so much easier
Very useful, easy to use, but do not understand what the B, L, R buttons are for or how to use them. Really need instructions on how to use, like hold start button for 3secs to switch on. I had to work it out myself.

Bracket and clamp good but curled knob that fixes controller to bracket will not thread into fixing hole. Will have re-tap hole to accommodate it

Great chair, very easy to maneuver and a better weight for lifting into a vehicle or train if you're going to travel with it. Does all that is needed of it. Brilliant customer service and support 💯 can't fault the service.
Easy yo fit asked if I could have another round screw to hold it on the career extension they sent me on the next day.
The remote carer control is a great help. I didnt attach it to the chair i just use the carer control as a remote especially for the auto folding function so I can manage without bending 👍😊

Useful but could be improved
Really impressed with the service and the wheelchair. The customer service was second to none, it was noticed that I had ordered the wrong 2nd battery for the chair that I had bought, I was notified the next morning and the order went very smoothly. The goods were delivered promptly and as described. I had a couple of technical questions and recieved a knowledgeable response within minutes. The chair itself is as described, being a larger than average user the seat and the gap between the armrests make for a very comfortable ride and the power in the motor had no problems carting my 21 stones up and down hill. Ive tested the chair on flat even paths, up and down slopes, on grass, gravel and stoney uneven terrain, the chair excelled. In conclusion, the customer service was great, the staff were knowledgeable, the chair looks good and performs great, and best of all, the price is amazing!
