This was bought for my mum to help give her confidence for coming out of hospital. It truly has done that and more. It is a great size, easy to build and lightweight. Can't recommend this product and this company enough. Great price and great delivery and communication.

My old rollator needed replacing so I bought this one. It will take a while to get used to the change, but so far it seems nice and light. I struggled with the folding mechanism at first as I couldn't get it unfolded, but that was my fault as I was getting the brake cable caught on a bolt in the frame...once I realised that it is very straightforward, again it will take a while to get used to front-back folding not side-by-side. It arrived quickly and was easy to put together...Storage is very limited on it, just a small bag under the seat so I will need to look for an additional bag. Overall, seems a good item.

I ordered the purple rollator as was showing as Pre- Order, was then contacted by email to say they had no idea when they were due stock of this colour so I could have another colour that was in stock. They shouldn’t advertise as pre order if they have no clue as when they’ll be getting any stock! Grey Rollator arrived damaged, contacted ETech by 4 different means, took days for them to reply to me about returning it. The post man had just arrived to collect it with the label ETech have supplied and they’ve only declared the parcel as small parcel 1kg 🤦🏻♀️ Very unhappy postman as he now has to cart the big box around with him and says ETech will be fined due to not declaring the correct parcel size and weight. All around, absolute nightmare! 😩
Straightforward purchase. Delivered quickly. Emailed with delivery progress. Neat rollator for the cost. The only issue is that the wheels are very hard and catch on even the lowest uneven surface. Really only good on smooth surfaces, like in a shopping centre or in the house.
My mum is 93 and she could not get on with it at all. She took it up town once and did not get on with it at all. I want to send this item back to you. Can you advise please

Have been using a wheelchair for walking (holding onto the handlebars). Now I am able to walk with ease as it is much lighter, I can lift it onto curbs etc without assistance. I also have a seat which is great and use it to take rests as I go around town. It is a great product and service enquiries are returned promptly.
A bit narrower than some which is a bonus in a small room. Very easy to move around, good brakes, excellent feature in being able to move the back rest.

I'm able to be independent locally, but haven't ventured on a bus with it yet! It has allowed me to do more walking than I would be able to do without it. I find it doesn't like kerbs that are slightly raised - could cope with different front wheels?
I'm still too ill to test it properly outside the house.
