Although nervous to begin with this was my first trial run and loved it from the start 😁
I also went shopping which was completely different from the open space. As they say practice makes perfect and did get used to going in and out of the aisles and avoiding running people over! The wheelchair even got a couple of compliments which was brilliant.
Easy to fold and load into the van. What’s more important I was able to go off in the direction I wanted to go in and not be pushed to where my husband wanted to go - freedom. You can’t put a price on how I felt today.
Next is out with the dogs. So looking forward to that as my husband can hold onto the dogs and we can all go together.

I ordered this wheelchair online after seeing reviews for it and I am so glad I did. The day I ordered it I had a phone call from the team to let me know that shipping may be delayed which was a really nice touch. It still came quickly only two days after ordering. I absolutely love it, I love the bright colour and it is really comfy. I worried it might be a tight fit as I’m a bigger girl but there is loads of room. It folds and unfolds so easily and it’s easy to manually push. The joystick took a bit of getting used to as I haven’t used one before, it’s a speedy little chair as well! I would highly recommend, great service and great value for money.
First trip out in my bright pink ETech Freedom ST Pro was an absolute success. I went to a festival and we had about a mile of pavement walking to get there first but there were lots of tree roots which made the pavement very uneven and I just went straight over them with the chair. Also very different surfaces at the festival which the chair handled with no issues.
I love everything about this chair. Struggled initially getting used to it but love it now especially the colour. I feel like I have a lot of my independence back.
This incredible Etech Freedom Pro ST has given me a new lease of life! It is modern and funky and is the mobility aid that is already helping me return to the Mum I was prior to my diagnoses of MS and FND. It is so easy to use, store, charge and using my ramps is easy to get it in and out of a vehicle. I cannot wait for the school holiday adventures with my children, hubby and dog!

This was amazing. Fast delivery and wonderful and helpful staff. I went out on it the other day and it’s such a relief, it’s so stylish and does what I need. It’s so easy to fold up and put into a boot of a car. Two people can lift it. It’s a life changer. The fact it is pink makes getting a disability aid less daunting and I felt confident and comfortable in this chair. This is perfect for the price and is such a perfect buy for those who struggle with walking or with using a self propelled one. Such a difference than the bus prescribed monstrosity. I had to wait a little while due to the colour I chose not being in stock but well worth the wait. Arrived well packaged, easy to set up and so comfortable to use. Makes it so easy for me to go further independently.
It takes a bit of getting used to. The bright pink fits my personality and style. Ive only had 2 outings in it. It takes a bit of getting used to. I haven't had an electric wheelchair before. Incan feel myself getting better at it though. I went for a leather cover. Lilac was the best suiting to the pink chair though I would habe preferred a bright pink cover to match the chair x
Works fine, but it's really heavy, I bought for my wife she picked it. I struggle lifting in and out of the house also lifting in and out of the car my wife has used only a few times please take it back and refund us.
Absolutely loved it initially but where I live alot of pavements have sloped downwards so the wheels at the front tend to veer in that direction. Using the joystick you need to go in the opposite direction but I found this made me really tense and in certain places I was scared it would veer into the road. I have fibromyalgia so unfortunately the effort of keeping it from veering triggered a flare so sadly I requested a refund and bought a scooter instead. The staff were incredibly helpful.
I bought the wheel chair for my wife, it's far too heavy I struggle to get it in and out of the car. Which makes using it a horrible choir.
What we looked forward to now I dread.
I love the colour but the seatbelt buckle is too short it’s ashamed i can’t have it right in the middle of my lap but the seatbelt is too loose coz if i have it tighter it won’t reach my buckle. But i keep getting compliments on the colour people love my Colour.
Used mine recently for a trip to the zoo and honestly the freedom it gives you is amazing 🤩 It took me a little while to get a hang of how to control it properly and I’m still practising my reverse spin and camber on the pavements but I absolutely love it and very comfortable to sit in for hours at a time!
I absolutely love my chair it has given me my life back id been stuck in the house for over 2 years apart from twice when I had to struggle to get to my oncology appointments the staff are so helpful and cant do enough for you
I definitely didnt think it would be the colour it was more of a very dark pink and was a little disappointed it wasnt a lighter pink. Even though ive had it for a week it feels like the stopping has gotten worse and if your thinking someone could push you in this theu would have to be strong because its not easy. Im also pretty sure one of the batteries I was given is broken as it doesnt seem to be charging one charged after 4 hours amd the other one has been on for about 5 and counting and still isn't fully charged. Im thankful though that its given me independence given me some freedom and it handles terrain really well its not silent but it makes a nice amount of noise I will be using it as my main chair. Its ok for the price im content

It is taking me a while to get used to the control on the armrest. It is sensitive so I have to be careful. Worst thing is corners at the moment. A bit different to being on a mobility scooter. The 2 battery power is brilliant. We went away last weekend. Used the chair a lot. Got back and still on 4 bars of power. So much better than the scooter I had previously.
This is not the pink i expected which was really disappointing for me the instructions are rather long and im finding them quite complex and will give to a family member i dont quite understand the battery life as ive gotten it down to two dots with 2 batteries in but when i take one out its still on two so how does two batteries between them have 2 then 2 on just one. I love the independence its giving me but compared to the first day i used it and only a week later seems like it should be alot older.
Very easy to use and looks great. I bought an extra battery for ease of mind. The chairs goes easily over cobblestone paving and other uneven surfaces. It’s lovely to have independence back and go out on my own.
The only thing I need help with is taking the car out of my house and putting it in the car. As with all chairs they are heavy . However this aside it’s looks amazing and it very robust. I get a lot of positive comments and have recommended the range to other wheelchair users too.
I’m so impressed with this chair. It has given me some independence back after becoming house bound. It has been over gravel, bumpy grass fields, thresholds of doorways and has not struggled at all! I would thoroughly recommend this chair. Any questions I had before purchasing were answers quickly and efficiently. Thank you!
Having pp ms I’ve found to very comfortable whenever i have to go what i would call long distance which never bothered me before my illness but found it to be very comfortable still learning the basics its a learning process which with practice I’ll become more confident thank you

I love this wheelchair! It truly does give me my freedom. It came with me to the USA and could handle everything I needed it to - San Francisco hills, New York, bumpy national parks. It’s sturdy and solid and I love it in pink. My only comment is the real life battery range is closer to 6 or 7 miles (max range is 15). I’ve now purchased an additional battery. I upgraded the seat to a more comfy version so I can get more back support and I’ve also added foot rests. It’s a wonderful wheelchair and the company also have been super helpful. Highly recommend.
Omg this chair is gorgeous. I love the colour and it is very comfortable to sit in. I don't have any photos yet. The company are brilliant, I ordered it one night and two days later I had it delivered. I've had a few emails to check I'm ok. What a fabulous service thank you.
The chair is good although the footplate it arrived with was plain metal and slippy, differing to the website photo however an email to them ensured them sending out a different footplate.
Its vital for people new to mobility equipment to know its way too heavy to get in a car without purchasing the ramps in addition. We were unaware of this as no mention of it as a requirement.
