Great company to deal with. The customer service/sales guys were very helpful. Helped me to choose exactly what I needed at a great price. Quick despatch and delivery. The wheelchair, is very strong, and well made, yet light and so comfortable. . I took it to London for the weekend and it coped very well. Folded up to go on the Tube, and in taxis. I recommend this company and particular powered wheelchair 100%. Thank you e-tech.
Great wheelchair giving independence
Honestly unreal. We have struggled to find a good option for a teen and this is so cool! Fold up like a buggy can fit in the car easily, goes over every surface and she can be independent again! Thank you for all the support and guidance and super speedy delivery
Great service, arrived quickly and works really well. Very simple set up and easy to use
I started by getting used to the control by going round the kitchen. Since then I have been on a bus and round the shops in our local town. I find the control quite easy to use and select slower speeds when manoeuvring in tight spaces. The downside is that there is nowhere to put my sticks and no way of locking it up if I need to leave it outside a shop.
I'm very happy with my wheelchair I've never owned a mobility wheelchair before but due to physical disability this was ideal especially when indoors fits into small spaces easy to manoeuvre around the home I've not used it yet outside I love how structured it is easy to use with some practice and remote control is handy to will definitely be using this company again as well as ordering any parts should I need to
Freedom ! Though still getting used to the ‘joystick’, having never been a gamer, the ease of using the wheelchair against my mobility scooter is very evident, not having to stretch forward with my severely rheumatic arms/hands. A sensibly priced piece of kit !

Bought this for my wife as she has serious mobility problems. She found the joystick sensitive but soon got use to it. It's been a life changer for her as it gives total freedom. She gives it 5 stars. No problems at all. It comfortable and it looks good as well. It has powerful twin motors and has a long range.
This is my 1st wheelchair having just been confirmed as having Stage 4 cancer. I’m very impressed with its handling, the controls are very light and extremely responsive. This is one training session I can’t afford to miss. I find that once settled into the chair it is very comfortable and a great pleasure to ride. This is one hell of a quality product that anyone who needs to use a chair will greatly appreciate and benefit from this life saver. Highly recommended. 👩🏻🦼➡️🫶🏻
Foot rest could be smaller so can get on the chair from the front apart from that fabulous piece of kit. Very impressed
It’s great, go out to places I thought I would have to give up going to . The Minack theatre Cornwall steep wheelchair path but slowly made my way been to 2 shows with family the wheelchair has given me back my freedom thank you
Bought the Lite Max 2 after meeting the guys at Naidex 2024, thanks to their brilliant customer service. It's a fantastic powerchair & at such a great price too. I added my own adaption to the footrest though to save the paintwork from getting scratched & to add a bit of protection if I did bump into anything, as you can see from the pictures.
Very easy to control. Very manoeuvrable. Looks great and is very quiet. I haven’t tried it outside yet because I am recovering from surgery. I’m looking forward to that!
The chair is very comfortable and,with the telescopic ramps my husband can easily load it into our car without lifting it at all. The joystick control takes a bit of getting used to as I have only used a mobility scooter previously. We've had to rethink positioning of some furniture in the house too. Tried it outside but garden is too uneven for it, should be ok on good level ground though.
So far my daughter has loved her new electric chair. And it’s just fits beautifully in the car. There’s a little bit of a technique to getting it in and out as it’s 20kg but just doable for me! She has used it on a number of different terrains and is getting on very well with understanding how the chair performs in different scenarios.
I used my chair Saturday 1st August for a trip and overnight stay in Belfast normally I couldn’t walk round the shops with my daughter My chair was amazing so easy to use I was in every shop and easily accessible to everywhere haven’t tried my bag to store yet fabulous buy love love ❤️ ❤️

Great weekend wheelchair. Nifty we thing. Just a big heavy for my sister to lift. But so comfortable. Also the staff so so helpful and true to there word.
Light weight. Folds like a pushchair so fits into car boot very well. Easy to control. Looking forward to having more independence now I don't have to rely on someone to push me all of the time but have that option if needed. I have a silver frame which looks nice.
Excellent service but this wheel chair is not sturdy enough. It said it goes over light terrain but seems very unstable.
It is a wonderful wheel chair but you need to be fairly strong if you are the carer.The company were very helpful and could not do enough for me .
Really pleased with my new powerchair that I have named Bluey. It has given me more freedom to get out of the house. The chair is a smooth ride on multiple terrains with an easy to control joystick, still getting used to the pavement cambers affecting how I steer but that's my own learning curve. It is easy to fold away and lift into the car and I also love the arms lifting up and out of the way so my knees can go underneath a table. The only issue I have is the footplate gets slippery when shoes are wet but I have now bought grip tape to fix that. Went to the Birmingham unit with a chair in mind (different to the one I actually purchased) and the customer service and product knowledge were excellent that I came home with a different powerchair which suited my needs and joystick control better. When I got home it was an easy set up and discovered I had the tie strap missing so I called up customer service and they got it posted out straight away. Excellent customer service both in person and on the phone.
It's just what I need at the moment, comfortable and is substantial enough to be on most surfaces. My husband was concerned I wouldn't be able to keep up with his fast walking but it's more likely he couldn't keep up with me on fast speed!
Overall, quite happy. But, I found the chair did not fold as much as we would like to fit into our car boot

Excellent service and next day delivery. Very easy to unpack and with a quick flip my wife’s new electric wheelchair was ready to go. For me at 78 it was very light weight and easy to fold and pop it in the car boot.
Impressed with the chair. Only drawback is none availability of a stump-rest for my lower-left amputation !

Great wheelchair, especially in the house as it is very manouvorable, so no bumping into furniture, it has also performed well out shopping, it's easy to get in and out of the car, the only thing I would say is that the cushion could have been a bit more padded, as I find it a bit uncomfortable after sitting on it for any length of time, might have to look for an alternative.

The one thing I needed and I didn't want, found my mobility scooters impractical, especially transporting. Hospital Transport is happy to take an electric wheelchair. Using an electric wheelchair around Hospital is lot more comfortable and safer. Using the electric wheelchair gives me confidence to attend various clinics. Cheers CB
Fabulous power chair and looks brilliant in red. The joy stick takes some getting used to and it doesn't like road/pavement cambers....but I was never a gamer so it'll take time. I've only been round my village so far but it's been on road/tracks, gravel paths, farmland and grass without issue. Hope to become more confident in it before going on a long 'walk'. Great service and I did A LOT of research regarding which chair would be a good compromise between off road capabilities and lightweight enough to put in my van myself. This was the best option and I'm not disappointed. I bought the arm storage thing and the lights x 2 also. Lights not that impressive because you get one red and one yellow per pack therefore, you need to double up. I thought that was a bit checky. I also went with the pneumatic tyres and I'm glad because it does make a real difference, especially if you've nerve/pain issues. Still thinking if a name for her other than wheelies😁
