The battery takes a while to fully charge and holds the charge very well giving the milage it is stated to give. End of last August 2025 my chair arrived we charged it up and it has been used almost every day. The batteries almost a year old now still works fabulous like it did when the chair arrived.

This extra battery has give me confidence to go much further on my wheelchair ,i don't have to worry. Its very easy to fit and release .Ive just flown to Tunisia and the batteries comply with airline regulations

I’ve used my Freedom pro chair increasingly more. I purchased the extra battery to give me more confidence about the range. I enquired about which one was suitable and Etech responded quickly to confirm which one, with a link directly to it. If possible I would suggest buying an extra battery when you buy your chair, as you’ll be surprised how much you will use it. Excellent service as usual.

Getting a second battery has alleviated all my fears about ‘running out of juice’ and therefore constantly topping up the charge on the original battery (not good for the battery). As we all know, the costs for our mobility aids just keep racking up so before spending another £200 I rang eTech with my questions/concerns. As always, they answered the phone and gave great advice. I couldn’t be happier and having a spare battery is worth every penny to me 🙏

Got my electric wheelchair with one upgraded battery. But as I didn’t have any idea how long it would last on usual usage I decided that id would need a back up with going to a festival soon. Got this small battery just in case. Adding a rough mileage to the batteries would have helped me get the right batteries in the first place rather than worry I might run out. Do love that you don’t have to swap batteries over as they link in together - which is great!!

Bought a spare battery in order to extend my range and now worry about how long I could stay out for. Also, it was a pain to keep taking the battery upstairs to where I can keep an eye on it while it charges and disconnect when it charged . Now, all I do is use one battery and have the spare ready to swop over instantly.
