I had to get extra padding because it is not very comfortable on slabbed or cobbled pavements and roads. It is, however, more comfortable than an assisted chair. Easy to set up, just add the battery and controller and then ready to use. My husband loves it as now we can we can drive to the local seafront and have long walks together along the beach promenade (me walking & him in the chair). It is a bit heavy lifting into the car, we can manage at the moment but if we were older or lacking in upper body strength it would be more of a struggle. Other than that perfect chair - very comfortable and hubby can notice the suspension compared to other chairs.

Does not explain that chair cannot be move when folded and still down, not stood up, unless supported on front end. Easily made an attachment which allows me to drive the chair when folded in a straight line which allows me to drive it straight into the back of my car. My disability does not allow for me to support the front end whilst driving the chair up ramps up curbs, steps or any other obstacle of this type.

I love my chair! I will admit that it is heavy so getting it into and out of the car is a battle for me. The portable hoist is good but I find it too narrow for my chair. It makes it difficult for me. Though I do have a small car and that also makes it more difficult. Obviously this is not the hoists or Etech’s fault. The chair and hoist have made it possible for me to be independent which I didn’t have before. I think with time it will become easier. Bottom line is I love my chair and the freedom they give me.
