Still getting used to the chair but so far it’s been liberating for me, I’ve been able to do things I like for the first time in years. It’s heavy though but I purchased the hoist to help with loading it into my car, it can also help if you take the batteries out which reduces the weight of the chair. I had to ring a couple of times to get advice and the people on the telephone were extremely helpful. Overall very happy and would recommend the chair and the company.

I have to learn to be ready for camber changes. The front wheels will tend to turn downhill and you have to steer in the opposite direction to pull them back. Some corrections are quite large. We visited a show garden were the paths were small gravel. On several occasions one wheel spun, so the gripping wheel put me in a 90 degree turn, once only saved by an edging, from the roses. Probably had unreal expectations but would not agree it was ok in uneven surfaces.

Easy to set up, just add the battery and controller and then ready to use. My husband loves it as now we can we can drive to the local seafront and have long walks together along the beach promenade (me walking & him in the chair). It is a bit heavy lifting into the car, we can manage at the moment but if we were older or lacking in upper body strength it would be more of a struggle. Other than that perfect chair - very comfortable and hubby can notice the suspension compared to other chairs.
