Bought for me mum she’s only used couple of times and she says it’s brilliant and it’s only 1.2kg lighter then her old one but she even I noticed it’s quite a big difference so pretty light it is big though it takes up the whole boot space in car but it’s safe is all that matters

I'm very impressed with this rollator! I'd spent some time looking for a replacement rollator as I was struggling with the weight of my old one lifting it in and out of my car. The weight difference is only 1.2kgs but it has made lifting a lot easier for me and I'm so pleased I made the right decision! It was dispatched very quickly and was easy to assemble. I appreciate the leg height can also be adjusted to make the sitting more comfortable. The back support is also comfortable. It feels sturdy and supportive when walking with it. I love the colour as well. I'm in my early 40s and it can be difficult finding mobility aids/accessories that fit my personality.

There is nothing wrong with the Vista walker but on assembly I could see that it wasn’t suitable for me. I have already been asked what my needs are and I have explained them at length and so am awaiting a label and pick-up time to return my purchase and hence the 3 stars. The people I’ve dealt with to date have all been most helpful.

All communicated very well, fully informed on delivery etc. and turned up quicker than anticipated. Easy to assemble, light and sturdy. hopefully provides my mother with a little extra confidence when she's out of the house. Doesn't fold as small as I was expecting, but that's more me not reading the information properly than a criticism. Would recommend.
