'Love my new ETech Wheelchair....it's absolutely amazing. I am returning from a 5 day visit to York tomorrow (31 Dec) and it has performed flawlessy...Armed with two batteries a 12 and 20 V it has incredible longevity and distance. Incredibly, it has passed the ultimate test....I was easily able to negotiate The Shambles (York old city center) !!! Enough said....this has to be a reference!! Also...it easily handle all inclines and grades thrown at it. I would very highly recommend this chair to anyone looking for a quality, strong, light and versatile high value item. Thanks to the ETech Team
Extra battery was fitted to the chair out of the box. It is reassuring to have the maximum power reserve.
VERY GOOG
I'm so glad that I decided to upgrade both batteries on my Freedom pro ST from Etech Mobility. My mobility scooter was meant to do 15 miles, but never did. I was sick of it running out of charge. With two of the largest batteries on it, I can't see this running out of steam. The batteries are easily taken out or can be charged on board. I've not had chance to try it outside yet, but need to get some ramps before I can get over the front door step. Highly Recommend considering the upgrade if you can afford it.
So far I've maybe done 15 miles on the larger battery and it's half empty. Must charge it up tonight. I recon it would do 25 at a push. I'm not going to find out and get stuck though 😂
Haven't used this yet but looking forward to be able to go further without the fear of a battery dying.

Great battery and not as heavy as I thought it might be.
Arrived next day and it works fine.
I received my extra range battery promptly and fitting and charging was ridiculously simple. The new battery supplements the standard battery which was .fitted to the power chair..I was delighted to discover that after making a fairly long trip (about 5 miles) the dual battery was still displaying full charge. The power chair has been a life changer for me and the extra range is ostensibly the icing on the cake. Great stuff from Etech Mobility.
Adding this battery to my Etech Freedom Pro has given it so much range that I can enjoy a full day out without worrying about running the charge down. I used it for an 8 hour adventure where I mostly used it on top speed with different terrains and cambers and it held up amazingly, only using two bars of power. Highly recommended and I will likely purchase a second one in the near future for attending festivals without the worry of having to charge batteries constantly.

Loving the battery but wasn't happy about having to go collect it from an address that wasn't mine which is where it should've been sent to

There was absolutely nothing wrong with the Pro-AF auto-fold electric wheelchair which I ordered, and it was delivered very promptly, as E-Tech looked very sympathetically at my situation. Unfortunately, I had to return it as my condition creates a lot of sudden dizziness when I have to bend down, and that's where the brakes are, and it is also the reason why I had to return the item. I was not suitable to the chair.!! A good Company to deal with.
It’s great
Excellent service delivering my second battery for my electric wheelchair. I bought the higher powered battery to supplement the battery that came with my chair last October. It is brilliant and has given me loads of range to get out and about. I love the chair. It’s so comfortable and the batteries are really easy for me to get in and out to recharge without help.
The bigger battery is so much better then the smaller one

i think I will have to use it more before I can give a proper review, I will say it fits very nice in the boot of our estate car.
